BUILD QUALITY PRODUCTS * Install screen mesh into pre-assembled frames using hand tools. * Assemble finished products according to quality standards. * Keep production moving efficiently and accurately. ENSURE QUALITY * Inspect products throughout the manufacturing process. * Identify defects or inconsistencies and address them promptly. * Help maintain RiteScreen's reputation for quality and customer satisfaction. SUPPORT A SAFE WORKPLACE * Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements. * Maintain a clean, organized work area using 5S principles. * Participate in safety and continuous improvement initiatives. WORK AS A TEAM * Collaborate with coworkers and supervisors to meet production goals. * Cross-train and support other areas as needed. * Contribute to a positive, team-focused culture. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR YOU MIGHT BE A GREAT FIT IF YOU: * Enjoy hands-on work and staying active throughout the day. * Take pride in producing quality work. * Pay close attention to details. * Work well independently and as part of a team. * Have a positive attitude and strong work ethic. QUALIFICATIONS * Must be at least 18 years old. * High school diploma or equivalent preferred. * Manufacturing experience preferred but not required. * Window and door industry experience is a plus. * Lean manufacturing experience is helpful but not required. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS This position requires the ability to: * Stand and move throughout the shift. * Perform repetitive assembly tasks. * Lift and move materials up to 50 pounds. * Use hand tools and production equipment safely. * Read work instructions and safety information. * Differentiate colors when required for quality purposes.
