To work with members of the multidisciplinary team to provide clinical expertise and professional advice and support pertaining to fetal medicine and screening To develop the current fetal medicine service to provide holistic, patient centered care To act as an advocate and support for parents To work with members of the multidisciplinary team to help explain findings and give available information to parents, including prognosis and possible outcomes of pregnancy Assist fetal medicine consultants to perform invasive testing To liaise with other specialties to coordinate the management, support, and care of families To work with others to organize termination of pregnancy including counselling patients and families and giving medication to those patients wishing to interrupt the pregnancy Liaise closely with ANNB screening team and update appropriate databases for FASP reportable diagnoses Attending weekly MDT meeting for fetal medicine patients to ensure care pathway is communicated among the team Work closely with antenatal and newborn screening coordinator to provide screening service
