In this dynamic position as Screening and Compliance Administrator, you’ll be at the heart of our onboarding journey—delivering exceptional service to new employees, Hiring Managers, and business stakeholders. Your commitment, teamwork, and attention to detail will help create an outstanding candidate experience, ensuring every new team member starts their journey with confidence and support. Job Description Responsibilities Complete 5/10 year employment screenings for new starters and TUPE transfers, ensuring authorisation before employment/training begins. Ensure all new employees are screened within 12 weeks of starting. Maintain accurate and complete personnel records (paper and digital). Ensure compliance with company policies, legal, and regulatory requirements. Conduct financial and, where applicable, Basic Checks through Scottish Disclosure. Input screening details into relevant systems and maintain your qualifications as a ‘Screener’. Deliver outstanding customer service, resolving complaints efficiently. Liaise with the Screening Controller on cases where screening may not be completed within the 12-week timeframe. Promote best practices, process accuracy, and continuous improvement. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Robust administrative skills with exceptional attention to detail. Ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines. Demonstrate excellent stakeholder relationships. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
