To realize these ambitions Arcadis has decided to implement a central team of experts to perform a globally harmonized third party due diligence processes on behalf of several functions. Role accountabilities: The role will be responsible for conducting routine due diligence screening as part of the centralized Due Diligence team and will ensure the Due Diligence Procedure and Work Instructions are met. This requires stakeholder engagement with global functional subject matter experts (SMEs) when potential risks are elevated for review and development of risk mitigation strategies. The GSSC Screening Specialist Third Party Due Diligence will Support the implementation the global Due Diligence approach and process. Perform 3rd party screenings using the approved platform / tools to determine risk levels in each of the Due Diligence risk areas in accordance with Due Diligence Work Instructions. Review screening results, identify any false positive results and remove them from consideration of the risk evaluation. Elevate risks requiring further review to SMEs to determine the relevancy and materiality of the risk, identify mitigation strategies, and confirm the risk level. Document results and recommended or required actions in the Due Diligence platform / tools. Provide effective and efficient due diligence results to stakeholders. Ensure outcomes are clearly understood and potential risks and mitigation measures are flagged and escalated (if needed). Qualifications & Experience: It is essential that the candidate has affinity with the Due Diligence topic as well as a proven strength and track record in project performance related activities, plan development, management reporting, and logistics. Ability to engage with subject matter experts across various business functions, collaborate with multiple global teams simultaneously, and work effectively in diverse cultural environments. Experience with handling Due Diligence screening outcomes and related activities Strong verbal and written communication abilities Proficiency in the Chinese language (simplified and traditional) is a significant advantage Preferred but not required qualifications: Analytical skills Experience in our industry is welcome. Process development, business improvement, Lean Six Sigma and Change Management expertise is a plus. MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel proficient Why Arcadis?
