Pay Range Job Description Reed Screening is a centralised business providing market leading outsourced screening services, to both external clients and internally within Reed, ensuring contractual, legislative, and regulatory requirements are met, alongside providing a great candidate and client experience. The Screening Systems Executive will have responsibility for daily system administration, maintenance and support, with wider customer success responsibilities assisting in process management, provision of MI and implementations of new clients, delivering a trusted, knowledgeable and specialist service to both internal and external clients to ensure a high quality, prompt service and positive customer experience. Principal accountabilities Performing system changes on request of clients and stakeholders within Reed Screening, such as amending and configuring existing screening types Maintaining access to systems, assisting internal and external users with individual access Conducting initial investigations into system issues Producing system-based data reports to support MI requests Supporting on projects for both internal and external clients Supporting with the implementation and configuration of new system processes for both external clients and stakeholders within Reed Screening Supporting with the implementation of new clients onto existing systems, such as by building and testing screening types, mapping processes and monitoring actions throughout the onboarding of new clients Supporting on system upgrades with support from RSR IT Assisting the RSR IT team with testing and configuration requests Maintaining the shared team inbox, ensuring prompt responses in line with SLA’s Reviewing process maps of Reed Screening operations to ensure accuracy and efficiency and updating with necessary changes Supporting the wider customer success team with administration, daily operations, particularly the maintenance of performance/management data, assessment of supplier risk and monitoring governance controls NB: The above is not an exhaustive list of duties but gives an indication of the work that must be undertaken.
