Our team is growing, and we are seeking a Screening Technician who administers hearing and vision screening at schools and performs audiometric testing and hearing conservation training in offsite locations, including mobile screening units. Ensures supports provided meet organizational guidelines, funder requirements and accreditation standards. Essential Functions: * Performs hearing and vision screenings, computer-controlled audiometric testing and hearing conservation training. * Records results of testing/screenings. * Calibrates, maintains and sanitizes screening equipment per agency policy. * Contributes to the development of program goals and objectives. * Completes documentation and ensures compliance with organizational, funder and accreditation requirements. * Performs non-diagnostic otoscopy. * Operates and assists in maintaining portable equipment, including commercial motor vehicles (box truck/truck and trailer). Qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent required. * Experience working in medical field or working with children preferred. * Council for Accreditation in Occupational Hearing Conservation (CAOHC) certification training will be provided after 90 days for full-time Screening Technicians.
