Description MSM is seeking a qualified All-Source Intelligence Analyst to provide specialized SCRM support with mid-level analytical capabilities for a DoD Law Enforcement entity. This role supports the organization as it transitions out of the pilot phase of its SCRM program. The analyst will collaborate closely with customers and key stakeholders across the Intelligence Community (IC) to assess third-party vendors, conduct intelligence analysis, and counter adversarial threats. Key Responsibilities: Deliver SCRM analytical support using specialized tools and expertise. Coordinate and route SCRM assessments among customers and IC stakeholders. Support counterintelligence (CI) investigations and operations by analyzing collected data. Conduct targeted analysis to identify threats, generate investigative leads, and assist CI case agents. Analyze CI investigations to uncover patterns linked to foreign intelligence entities and adversarial threats. Present findings and analysis to DoD leadership, both verbally and in writing. Author reports and briefings aligned with IC analytic tradecraft standards. Occasional travel required (approx. 5%); position is 100% on-site. This position will require occasional travel (approx. 5%) and is 100% on-site. Requirements Active TS/SCI clearance or TS with SCI eligibility. Specialized experience in SCRM analysis within a CI context. 3–5 years of experience in CI/LE investigations and operations. Proven ability to collaborate with DoD and IC stakeholders. Self-starter with strong independence, initiative, and confidence. Excellent communication skills; capable of briefing complex findings to diverse audiences. Experience authoring reports that meet IC analytic standards. Prior support to DoD Law Enforcement and intelligence agencies. Familiarity with threat analysis tools and methodologies.

Responsibilities

The analyst will deliver SCRM analytical support and coordinate assessments among customers and stakeholders. They will also analyze data to support counterintelligence investigations and present findings to DoD leadership.
