We’re looking for a Lead Scrum Master to join us in Retail Operations, where you’ll champion collaboration, coach high‑performing teams, and help evolve our Agile culture. What you'll be doing: Coaching Agile teams and enabling them to develop, collaborate and deliver effectively across multiple initiatives Facilitating scrum events and creating an environment where continuous learning and improvement thrive Supporting the adoption of Agile ways of working and contributing to organisation‑wide transformation activity Guiding teams and Product Owners in forecasting, planning and delivering work using Agile principles Enabling teams to resolve challenges constructively, promoting openness, respect and healthy communication Mentoring Scrum Masters and contributing to a strong, supportive and engaged Community of Practice Developing training materials and delivering Agile learning sessions to grow capability across the business Working with stakeholders to identify opportunities, adapt approaches and ensure teams can deliver within a regulated environment Qualifications Who we're looking for: Experience leading Scrum and Agile teams in complex or highly regulated environments Strong coaching skills with the ability to support individuals, teams and leaders on their Agile journey Deep understanding of Agile frameworks, tools and techniques, with the ability to apply them pragmatically Strong communication and influencing skills, with the confidence to work across business and technology teams Ability to interpret technical information, digital delivery approaches and operating models A collaborative mindset, embracing diversity of thought and encouraging innovative problem‑solving Demonstrated ability to make sound decisions, adapt to change and keep teams focused on outcomes Certified Scrum Master or Agile Practitioner qualification (e.g., PSM, SAFe); coaching qualifications desirable Whatever your role, we reward performance and behaviour with a package that looks after all the things that are important to you.
