• Support and guidance for up to three agile development teams in their daily work
• Planning, organization and moderation of all relevant Scrum events
• Coaching of teams regarding agile methods, self-organization and continuous improvement
• Support in the continuous optimization of workflows and processes
• Close collaboration with product owners to ensure transparent priorities and requirements.
• Identification and removal of obstacles that impair project success
• Promoting an open communication and feedback culture within the teams
• Conducting workshops on agility and on improving processes and tools
• Support with cross-team coordination and collaboration with stakeholders.

• At least 3-5 years of experience as a Scrum Master in demanding project environments
• Certification as a Scrum Master (e.g., PSM, CSM, or equivalent) is desirable.
• Excellent knowledge of agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, SAFe or LeSS
• Experience in managing multiple agile teams simultaneously
• Practical experience in using Jira, Confluence, Miro or similar collaboration tools
• Experience in the introduction and further development of agile working methods
• Excellent communication and moderation skills
• High social skills and empathy
• Confident demeanor when dealing with different stakeholders
• Solution-oriented and structured approach to work
