Description

Realworks is looking for a Scrum Master / Agile Coach who is eager to grow, contribute, and ready to take the next step in their career. Do you enjoy supporting teams, learning by doing, and developing in an environment where Agile is actively practiced? Then Realworks might be the right place for you!
Realworks is the market leader in real estate IT in the Netherlands, supporting over 80% of Dutch real estate agents with tools like our CRM system and Move.nl. To help our tech teams work even better together, we’re looking for a Scrum Master / Agile Coach who brings fresh ideas, removes obstacles, and wants to help shape a truly Agile organization.
Whether you’re just starting out as a Scrum Master/Agile Coach or already have several years of experience, we’re open to different levels. What matters most to us is your motivation, eagerness to learn, and passion for collaboration. Does this sound like your next challenge? We’d love to hear from you.
As a Scrum Master / Agile Coach at Realworks, you’ll help facilitate the Scrum process, support your teams during their sprints, and gradually develop your coaching skills. You’ll work closely with experienced team members and product owners to remove small obstacles, guide key Agile ceremonies, and help teams stay focused on delivering valuable results.

YOUR TEAM:

You work closely with Product Owners to refine backlogs, set priorities, and keep business goals in focus. Additionally, you align the broader Agile approach with the Management Team. Together with other Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches, like Willem, you share best practices and continuously strive for improvement.
At Realworks, we work hard, but we also believe in having fun. From team outings and sporting challenges like Mud Masters and the Dam tot Damloop to casual get-togethers, there’s always something going on. Got a great idea? Let us know!
