JOB SUMMARY:

The Scrum Master will facilitate or guide a software development team on how to use Agile/Scrum concepts, values, practices, and principles focusing on improving team effectiveness. The role will ensure efficient means and process are conducted for the implementation of next generation architectures and integration of advanced sensor suites into ground combat development vehicles and test environments through agile project management methodologies.

ADVANCED KNOWLEDGE OF SCRUM, AGILE AND OTHER TRADITIONAL PROJECT MANAGEMENT PRINCIPLES, AND PRACTICES

Knowledge of both Scrum and agile software development.

EXCELLENT WRITTEN AND VERBAL COMMUNICATION SKILLS WITH THE ABILITY TO CONVEY COMPLEX TECHNICAL DATA VERBALLY.

Ability to provide robust solutions to complex problems in a timely and cost-effective manner.

KNOWLEDGE OF SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT FOR MILITARY SYSTEMS.
