Job Description:

• Facilitate and Optimize ART Processes: Lead and facilitate the Agile Release Train (ART) events, including PI Planning, ART syncs, and Inspect & Adapt workshops.
• Align and Coordinate Teams: Ensure alignment across multiple Scrum teams within the ART, promoting collaboration and resolving dependencies and impediments.
• Implement SAFe Practices: Drive the adoption and continuous improvement of SAFe practices and principles across the ART.
• Performance Metrics: Gather, analyze, and report on ART performance metrics and KPIs to stakeholders, ensuring continuous delivery and process improvement.
• Support Product Management: Collaborate with Product Management, Product Owners, and other stakeholders to ensure clarity and prioritization of the program backlog.
• Foster Continuous Improvement: Identify and lead initiatives that improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the ART, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Mentor and Coach: Provide coaching, guidance, and mentorship to Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and team members on Agile best practices and SAFe principles.
• Stakeholder Management: Engage with internal and external stakeholders to communicate progress, address concerns, and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Support Geographically Dispersed Teams: Facilitate collaboration and communication among teams located in different geographical areas to ensure seamless integration and delivery.
