Description

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master / Agile Lead with 5–10 years of experience and a strong background in the banking domain. The role involves facilitating Agile ceremonies, ensuring adherence to Agile principles, and guiding teams to deliver high-quality solutions on time. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders, product owners, and development teams to optimize delivery. This position is based onsite in Dubai.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related discipline.
  • 5 to 10 years of experience serving as a Scrum Master or Agile Lead, demonstrating a consistent record of successful Agile delivery.
  • Required experience in the banking sector with familiarity with core banking systems and associated processes.
  • Extensive knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and best practices in Agile methodology.
  • Demonstrated capability to facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning sessions, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies.
  • Outstanding communication skills and proficiency in stakeholder management.
  • Experience in identifying and resolving delivery impediments to enhance team productivity.
  • Acquaintance with Agile project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Rally.
  • Possession of a Scrum Master or relevant Agile-related certification (e.g., CSM, PSM, SAFe Scrum Master).
  • Strong problem-solving, leadership, and coaching abilities to cultivate an Agile mindset within teams.
