You will become part of a team of Scrum Masters, OKR Masters, and Agile Coaches that shapes COS's way of working, combines agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, OKR, Design Thinking) with strategic teamwork, and consistently focuses on value creation, outcomes, and customer benefits. As a line team, you will support each other professionally, represent each other, and pursue a shared strategy.

Your tasks

• Establish agile structures : You meaningfully combine Scrum, Kanban, OKR and other methods that are aligned with the team's goal, and consistently align teams towards value creation and outcome.
• Team development : You moderate discussions, resolve conflicts constructively, and conduct workshops on team development and strategic alignment – ​​also for non-agile teams.
• Promoting motivation and self-organization : You empower teams to make independent decisions and take on more responsibility, as well as to develop into an autonomous team within a customer-centric portfolio.
• Strengthen customer focus : You consistently align collaboration with customer benefits.
• Networking across locations : Through regular exchange and personal meetings, you build bridges between the teams in Freiburg, Timisoara and Barcelona and actively work with interdisciplinary teams across locations.
