What are you going to do

• You strengthen the agile maturity of the DevOps team based on agile principles and continuous improvement.
• You facilitate Scrum events and ensure that they contribute maximally to team development and results.
• You support the two Product Owners and teams in creating focus, transparency, and predictability.
• You identify opportunities for improvement and guide change initiatives within the team.
• You introduce and facilitate Planning Poker or similar estimation methodologies.
• You improve the quality and consistency of User Story estimates.
• You help build a stable and reliable sprint velocity.
• You support the team in making realistic sprint commitments.
• You increase the predictability of sprint results and deliveries.
• You coach individual team members in ownership, collaboration, and self-organization.
• You encourage work to be completed earlier within the sprint.
• You foster a culture in which team members hold each other accountable and support one another.
• You help develop DevOps competencies within the team.
• You facilitate effective retrospectives with concrete and measurable improvement actions.
• You ensure that clear owners are appointed for improvement actions and actively monitor progress.
• You increase the confidence within the team that areas for improvement will actually be addressed and implemented.
• You promote collaboration between development and management activities.
• You encourage shared responsibility for the platform, applications, management, and service delivery.

• You are an experienced Scrum Master who can guide multiple mature development teams.
• You combine coaching ability with a practical and results-oriented approach.
• You work in a structured and organized manner, so that others can focus on the tasks that are important to them.
• You work independently as well as enjoy collaborating with others, build relationships easily, and maintain them well.
• You take initiative in collaboration and are a true self-starter.
• You have an eye for detail while simultaneously maintaining an overview and the bigger picture.
• You communicate clearly to various target groups, verbally and in writing, in Dutch.
• You are available to work at the office on Tuesdays and Thursdays for team days.

To demand

• You have demonstrable experience coaching multiple adult development teams.
• You have at least 5 years of demonstrable experience as a Scrum Master and/or Agile coach within a DevOps environment.
• You have experience with platform and/or application development.
• You have knowledge of Agile, Scrum, DevOps, and Lean principles.
• You possess strong coaching and facilitating skills.
• You have experience with stakeholder management in an environment with internal and external parties.
• You have completed a higher professional education (HBO) or have demonstrable HBO working and thinking level or higher.
• You have a good command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written.

Wishes

• You have experience with GIS and knowledge of GIS development.
• You have experience within infrastructure, asset management, or data-driven organizations.
• You hold a Scrum Master certification, such as PSM, CSM, or similar.
• You are available for a digital introductory meeting on Thursday, September 3 between 13:00 and 16:00 or Friday, September 4 between 09:00 and 12:00.
