Scrum Master / Project Manager (Software Engineering) Location: Riyadh | Type: Permanent Drive Agile delivery and enable high-performing software teams to deliver impactful outcomes The Role As a Scrum Master / Project Manager, you will enable the effective functioning of software development teams using Agile methodologies. You will support teams to deliver high-quality outcomes by fostering collaboration, removing blockers, and promoting continuous improvement. Working closely with stakeholders, you will ensure alignment on priorities while guiding teams through the full delivery lifecycle. What You’ll Do Lead and manage software delivery initiatives from inception through to completion, ensuring alignment to scope and timelines Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives Support collaboration across cross-functional teams, including front-end and back-end development Identify and remove delivery impediments while promoting continuous improvement practices Communicate progress, risks, and updates to stakeholders using clear and relevant metrics What We’re Looking For Proven experience working as a Scrum Master, Agile Delivery Lead, or similar role within software engineering environments Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies in complex environments Experience coordinating delivery across system integration or multi-team projects Effective communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical audiences Relevant Scrum certification (e.g., CSM, PSM, SAFe) with active status Bonus Points For Experience supporting platform implementation projects, including UAT coordination and go-live activities Experience within financial services domains such as banking, capital markets, or wealth management Ability to support multilingual environments, including Arabic language skills Why Join Capco Deliver high-impact technology solutions for Tier 1 financial institutions Work in a collaborative, flat, and entrepreneurial consulting culture Access continuous learning, training, and industry certifications Be part of a team shaping the future of digital financial services Help shape the future of digital transformation across FS & Energy.
