Description
  • Key ResponsibilitiesFacilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring they are effective, engaging, and outcome-focused.
  • Support one or more Agile delivery teams within the Corporate Solutions Programme to deliver against agreed objectives and timelines.
  • Coach team members and stakeholders on Agile principles, Scrum practices, and continuous improvement techniques.
  • Foster a collaborative, transparent, and high-performing team culture.
  • Identify, manage, and remove impediments that may impact sprint delivery or programme objectives.
  • Work closely with Product Owners, Programme Managers, and other stakeholders to manage dependencies and resolve delivery challenges.
  • Monitor and report on sprint progress, velocity, team capacity, and other key Agile metrics.
  • Ensure alignment between team activities and wider programme goals and priorities.
  • Support effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives through effective retrospective facilitation and implementation of agreed actions.
  • Promote Agile maturity across teams and contribute to the ongoing development of Agile delivery capabilities within the programme.
  • Maintain and support Agile delivery tooling, including Jira and Confluence, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is available.


  • Skills and ExperienceProven experience working as a Scrum Master within large-scale Agile transformation programmes.
  • Strong practical knowledge of Agile methodologies and frameworks, including Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe.
  • Demonstrable experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and coaching cross-functional teams.
  • Experience working with distributed teams and managing delivery within complex stakeholder environments.
  • Strong facilitation, communication, stakeholder management, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to proactively identify risks, issues, and dependencies and drive timely resolution.
  • Experience tracking and reporting Agile delivery metrics such as velocity, sprint progress, and team performance.
  • Hands-on experience using Agile delivery tools including Jira and Confluence.
  • Ability to work independently, take ownership, and deliver outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organisational skills with a strong focus on delivery and continuous improvement.
