Champion Agile and Lean values and maintain effective Scrum processes and practices within the firmware development environment.
Facilitate and support self-organising, cross-functional teams, coaching team members in self-management and Agile ways of working.
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, reviews and backlog refinement, ensuring they are productive and delivered within agreed timeframes.
Work with Product Owners, Project Managers and engineering teams to organise and prioritise backlogs, establish sprint goals and align delivery with wider project milestones.
Identify and remove impediments to team progress while facilitating effective collaboration and problem solving across engineering disciplines and stakeholders.
