KEY REQUIREMENTS:

• Strong knowledge of SAFe Agile methodologies
• Experience working on regulatory or compliance-driven data projects, ideally involving BCBS 239
• Familiarity with data lineage, metadata management, and data governance concepts
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency with Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, regulated environment
