Roles & Responsibilities
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join our team, responsible for facilitating Agile development teams, ensuring successful project delivery, and driving business value through data-driven insights. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Business Analysis, Machine Learning, and Agile methodologies, with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Facilitate Agile development teams, ensuring successful project delivery and driving business value.
2. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop requirements.
3. Analyze data to inform business decisions, using Machine Learning techniques and tools.
4. Develop and maintain business cases, including cost-benefit analysis and ROI calculations.
5. Ensure Agile teams are following Scrum principles and practices, facilitating Scrum ceremonies and events.
6. Identify and mitigate impediments, ensuring smooth project delivery.
7. Collaborate with Product Owners to develop and refine product backlogs.
8. Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track project progress and business value.
9. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying knowledge to drive business innovation.
Desired Skills:
1. Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification.
2. Experience with Business Analysis, including requirements gathering and development.
3. Knowledge of Machine Learning concepts, including supervised and unsupervised learning.
4. Experience with Agile development methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret complex data.
6. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with ability to work with cross-functional teams.
7. Experience with data visualization tools, including Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js.
8. Knowledge of cloud-based technologies, including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Experience:
1. At least 5 years of experience in Scrum Master or Business Analysis role.
2. At least 2 years of experience in Machine Learning or Data Science.
3. Experience working in Agile development environments, with experience facilitating Scrum teams.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $8,000.00 - $13,000.00 per month
