Description

Contract: Long-term contract with extension options availableSecurity Clearance: Baseline Clearance or higher preferredWe're seeking experienced Scrum Masters with expertise in:Agile delivery and Scrum methodologies
Facilitating Agile ceremonies and events
Backlog refinement and prioritisation
Stakeholder engagement and collaboration
Coaching and mentoring Agile teams
Dependency and risk management
Key Responsibilities:Facilitate Agile ceremonies including stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
Support Product Owners with backlog management, prioritisation, and refinement
Remove impediments and blockers to enable successful team delivery
Coach teams on Agile values, principles, frameworks, and best practices
Support teams to become self-managing and high-performing
Protect teams from external disruptions and competing priorities
Essential Experience:Proven Scrum Master experience within Agile delivery environments
Experience supporting multidisciplinary software delivery teams
Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills
Experience leading Agile ceremonies and coaching teams
Ability to identify and resolve delivery risks, issues, and dependencies
Highly Desirable:Federal Government experience
Agile certifications (CSM, PSM, SAFe, or equivalent)
Experience working with Product Owners, Architects, Developers, Testers, and Business Analysts
Knowledge of software development lifecycles and digital delivery practices
