• You remove obstacles in the development process and create a productive, solution-oriented work environment.
• You coordinate multiple streams or subprojects in parallel and keep an overview even in complex dependency structures.
• You promote active communication between the team, the Product Owner, and stakeholders and ensure clear communication channels.
• You strengthen agile mindsets within the team, foster self-organization, and support the conception and moderation of agile workshops and formats.
• You contribute to solving complex challenges at the interface of design, technology, and public administration – and bring this expertise into future projects.
