REQUIREMENTS

• Scrum Master experience in Agile environments, ideally with a certification like CSM, PSM, or SAFe, and deep knowledge of Scrum and Lean principles.
• A natural facilitator, you guide Agile ceremonies with ease, keeping them productive and engaging for the team.
• You’re an excellent communicator and coach, skilled at fostering collaboration, continuous improvement, and a positive team culture.
• Proactive in addressing blockers and managing risks, you escalate issues when needed, partnering effectively with roles like the Release Train Engineer (RTE) & Product Owners.
• Driven by data, you use Agile metrics to support improvement, while your adaptability and growth mindset help you thrive in dynamic, evolving settings.
