PROFESSIONAL & TECHNICAL EXPERIENCE:

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role in agile delivery environments.
• Strong experience in governance, quality assurance, and strategic initiative oversight.
• A track record of coaching teams and fostering a governance mindset.
• Experience in leading or being part of transformation initiatives, focusing on organizational goals and KPIs.

TECHNICAL SKILLS:

• Scrum & Agile frameworks: Expertise in Scrum and a deep understanding of agile principles and practices.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Strong analytical skills, including proficiency in tools that support meticulous data-driven insights.
• QA/QC Systems: Familiarity with setting up or optimizing quality control and assurance systems in an operational setting.
• AI Literacy: Ability to engage with AI-powered systems for reporting, analytics, and operational efficiencies.

ROLE SUMMARY:

The Scrum Master for the Center of Excellence (CoE) BU at DigitalQatalyst (DQ) will play a key role in driving the transformation towards the DQ2.0 Strategy by optimizing delivery governance and enhancing quality across DQ operations. This role focuses on embedding a meticulous approach to data analyses and orchestrating value through strategic deliveries. The Scrum Master will work closely with the CoE Head to enforce policies, streamline processes, and ensure that all delivery functions align with DQ’s organizational goals and values.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:

As the Scrum Master, you will:

• Oversee and optimize delivery activities to ensure they are aligned with the organization’s vision.
• Govern the execution of strategic initiatives by ensuring compliance with delivery policies, SOPs, and performance control systems.
• Drive quality assurance (QA) and quality control (QC) efforts across delivery operations, ensuring all initiatives focus on measurable impact and value creation.
• Coach teams on strategic competencies and foster a governance mindset that emphasizes the orchestration of value in every delivery.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead the implementation and optimization of Delivery Governance systems, focusing on high-quality, value-driven outcomes.
• Enforce adherence to SOPs, processes, and compliance across delivery teams.
• Conduct ongoing reviews and strategic oversight of delivery activities to ensure alignment with the company’s goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Act as a coach and mentor to the team, promoting a proactive, quality-first approach.
• Implement and govern performance control systems to continuously assess and enhance delivery performance.
• Support the transformation governance function, helping to manage and oversee strategic initiatives across the organization.
