WHAT YOU’LL DO

As Scrum Master, you’ll champion Agile practices across our teams, running daily stand-ups, refining backlogs with Product Owners, and tracking sprint metrics like velocity and burn-down. You’ll proactively remove blockers and shield the team from distractions, ensuring focus on delivering high-impact work. After each sprint, you’ll facilitate retrospectives to capture lessons and drive continuous improvement. Through coaching, conflict resolution, and transparent reporting, you’ll foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, and excellence-helping us deliver quality products on time.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Plan and kick off sprints, track progress, and ensure timely delivery of committed work
  • Collaborate with Product Owners to refine, estimate, and prioritize the backlog
  • Coordinate across development, QA, operations, and other stakeholders to meet sprint and release goals
  • Proactively identify dependencies, risks, and impediments, and drive them to resolution
  • Generate and share burn-down/up charts, velocity reports, and capacity forecasts
  • Facilitate retrospectives and implement action items to improve team performance
  • Mentor team members and stakeholders on Agile principles, ceremonies, and roles
