Responsibilities and Duties

• Design and produce content, including guides, presentations, and reports on agile or related topics.
• Organize and lead training sessions or workshops for multidisciplinary team members.
• Act as a primary resource for teams in understanding and integrating agile principles.
• Assist in conceptualizing needs, mapping user stories, and devising delivery plans.
• Support the software development lifecycle by advising on agile best practices and pinpointing optimization areas for team collaboration.
• Identify and address patterns/anti-patterns in teams’ application of concepts to boost performance.
• Evaluate stakeholders’ adherence to agile principles, roles, artifacts, and best practices tailored to each organization.
• Maintain meticulous records of assigned tasks’ progress.
• Generate hourly reports detailing activities and deliverables.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and agreed timeframes and scopes.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Systems.
• Demonstrate experience as an Agile Consultant.
• Show a strong expertise in Agile methodologies, frameworks, and practices (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
• Exhibit excellent coaching and mentoring skills, with the aptitude to effectively guide Agile teams and stakeholders.
• Excel in facilitation and communication, capable of leading Agile ceremonies and interacting with clients across all levels.
