As we continue to scale and enhance our engineering capabilities, we’re seeking a highly skilled and motivated Scrum Master to join our team. This pivotal role will provide structured Agile leadership across our software development lifecycle, enabling our teams to deliver high-quality software efficiently and predictably.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING?

As Scrum Master, you will be responsible for facilitating Agile processes, removing impediments, and ensuring that our development team is aligned, focused, and productive. You will act as a process leader within our engineering team, driving delivery of strategic initiatives while championing continuous improvement across the SDLC.

  • Sprint Management: Facilitate all Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Team Coaching: Guide the development team on Agile practices, fostering a culture of transparency, accountability, and continuous learning.
  • Delivery Oversight: Work closely with product owners and engineering leads to ensure timely and predictable delivery of features and enhancements.
  • Impediment Removal: Actively identify and remove blockers that hinder team productivity or flow.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a communication bridge between engineering, product, and business stakeholders, ensuring alignment and clear expectations.
  • Metrics & Reporting: Track and report key delivery metrics such as sprint velocity, team throughput, and burndown charts to inform decision-making.
  • Process Improvement: Drive iterative improvements to Agile processes, workflows, and tooling based on team feedback and outcomes.
  • Tool Management: Administer and optimise the use of Jira, Confluence, and other Agile collaboration tools (Slack, Teams, Notion, et al).
