JOB TITLE: SCRUM MASTER

Location: Oakland, CA / Rancho Cordova, CA / Alpharetta, GA (Hybrid – In-Office 2x per Week)

• Facilitate all Agile ceremonies: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Promote adherence to Scrum, SAFe, Kanban, XP, and other Agile methodologies.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to maintain and refine product backlogs and user stories.
• Identify and eliminate obstacles that could delay progress, ensuring seamless delivery.
• Coach and mentor Agile teams and stakeholders on best practices and Agile mindset.
• Analyze performance data to uncover trends and drive team efficiency improvements.
• Foster a collaborative, transparent, and high-performing team culture.
• Coordinate with other Scrum Masters to manage cross-team dependencies and alignment.
