Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to support our Agile software development initiatives within the pharmaceutical sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile methodologies, particularly SAFe, and will be responsible for facilitating key Agile ceremonies, ensuring team alignment, and driving delivery excellence.
Requirements:
· Experience with Agile Software development (SAFe preferred)
· Experience with JIRA and JIRA Align
· Experience with SDLC
· Project Management – Program Increment Planning, Sprint Planning, Backlog Grooming, and Daily Sprint Management
· Capacity and velocity analysis
· Coordination and planning with development & delivery
· Ability to manage a multi-function team and prioritize core requirements for MES validation
· Strong written and communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate to colleagues at all levels
· Experience with Pharmaceutical Quality Assurance Operations & GxP regulation
· Possesses expertise in Good Documentation and Good Testing Practices
Job Types: Full-time, Temporary
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: From €20.00 per hour
