At Feeld, we are creating a world where everyone is more intimately connected to each other and themselves. We are building an inclusive, human-centred product and are looking for a Scrum Master to become part our remote team and our mission to elevate the human experience of sexuality and relationships.
You will be responsible for guiding the delivery of work from product and engineering teams, ensuring requirements are met and issues are surfaced early. You will lead sprint ceremonies and meetings acting as the host to facilitate good communication between teams and ensure actions are followed-up on. And, you’ll be responsible for delivering reports and updates to key stakeholders.
To be right for this role, you should have an ability to engage and lead conversation, knowing how to direct and inspire individuals to achieve a desired outcome. You should be able to build knowledge of technical systems, to learn the “lingo” of an engineering team and understand the meanings/relationships of these conversations. And, you should consider yourself a naturally organised and proactive person with skills to record, document and retrieve information with ease.
