You will become Scrum master of two teams within the Area Tech4Dev and be part of the Scrum Master team on area level and part of the SM chapter within the Tech4Engineering Tribe.
The Scrum Master facilitates, inspires, guides teams to realize their goals and to become successful and self -managing teams. Provides feedback, incorporates best practices to challenge the team to move on to the next level of maturity in a high performing team. Coach teams to think ahead, act pro-actively and grow in maturity.
Responsabilities
As Scrum Master you are the driving force for teams to elevate our way of working. The goals is to deliver more business value with the right quality, while maintaining velocity and fun.
This includes solving organizational barriers, challenging priorities and focus, and facilitating strategy and OKRs within the Area.
Area Tech4Dev
You will become part of Area Tech4Devwithin Tribe Tech4Engineering (T4E), a very diverse Area with many different nationalities. Our values are equality, respect, determination, collaboration and transparency. Tribe T4E is a Tribe within the Engineering & Enterprise Tech division. A division that focuses on innovation and continuously improving the engineering journey of our engineers within the bank. You will work closely with other Scrum Masters, Product Owners, Solution Architects and the Area Triangle within Area Integration.

In addition, we expect you to be proficient in Agile, Scrum and Lean principles. This includes knowledge of Scrum roles, events, artifacts and the underlying agile principles. You support the teams by teaching them and helping them to continuously improve their development process. You are proficient in situational leadership and can use the roles of the Scrum Master: Servant Leader, Change Agent, Facilitator, Coach, Impediment Remover, Mentor, Teacher.
