Description

THE COMPANY

Smart Electric Vehicle Charging Solutions. That’s the business we are in!
GreenFlux offers a cloud-based charge point management SaaS solution. This software platform enables Charge Point Operators (CPOs) and e-Mobility Service Providers (eMSPs) to successfully launch their respective businesses. With its offering, GreenFlux plays a pivotal role in facilitating the uptake of electric vehicles and the renewable energy revolution. To keep up with the rapid market and business expansion and to support the company’s dynamic growth, we are looking for new ambitious colleagues.
GreenFlux is part of DKV Mobility Group, a major European mobility company, and we play a leading role in the transition towards sustainable mobility.

THE JOB

GreenFlux is committed to evolving our organization by further embracing agile principles and practices. Inspired by the Large-Scale Scrum (LeSS) framework, we are on a journey to enhance our product development processes and foster a culture of continuous improvement. We are looking for a dedicated Scrum Master to join our team and help us achieve our goals.
As a Scrum Master at GreenFlux, you will play a crucial role in elevating our teams toward team-of-teams Scrum practices. You will work closely with up to four teams in a product area to ensure effective collaboration and drive continuous improvement for GreenFlux as a whole. Your expertise in agile methodologies and systems thinking combined with your ability to foster a positive team environment will be key to our success.

Responsibilities
  • Facilitate, teach and improve (scaled) scrum events at the product area and team level (team daily scrums, team retrospectives, multi-team product backlog refinements, sprint planning, reviews, and overall retrospectives).
  • Coach and mentor team members to further adopt Agile principles and practices, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and self-organization.
  • Support continuous improvement of the product development organization.
  • Foster a collaborative and self-improving environment, encouraging open communication and transparency.
  • Work closely with Product Owners, coaching and mentoring them regarding product backlog management, stakeholder management, and value maximization.
  • Define, track, and analyze key metrics to monitor business outcomes and supporting organizational performance metrics.
  • Support teams in adopting modern engineering practices.
