Scrum Master to work with a leading Financial Services company on an interesting project - Sydney CBD
Responsibilities:
YOUR NEW ROLE
As a Scrum Master you will -
- Provide leadership and coaching in agile ways of working
- Lead the team and help them deliver at a sustainable pace and towards prioritised release goals
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning and retrospectives
- Utilise Jira and Confluence to manage project boards and document progress
- Manage risk and issues, actively escalate and help resolve team impediments
