I'm partnering with a major Australian government organisation undertaking a long-term technology transformation program and we're looking for an experienced Scrum Master to support the delivery of two Agile squads within a large, complex environment.

This is a 12-month contract with strong extension potential, supporting a multi-year program modernising legacy platforms, digital services and customer-facing capabilities.

• What you'll be doing:Facilitating Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews and retrospectives
• Working closely with Product Owners, BAs, Project Managers and delivery teams to manage and refine product backlogs
• Removing blockers and enabling teams to maintain delivery momentum
• Providing sprint reporting and delivery insights to stakeholders
• Driving Agile maturity and coaching team members on Agile practices
• Supporting delivery across multiple streams within a large-scale transformation program

• What we're looking for:Proven experience as a Scrum Master on large, enterprise-scale programs
• Strong Agile delivery experience across complex technology environments
• Experience working within Government or Financial Services organisations
• Confident stakeholder management and communication skills
• Scrum Master certification

• Essential:✅ Current Australian Baseline or NV1 Security Clearance
