Description

Role SummaryLead one or two cross-functional PODs delivering customer-facing and platform features. Facilitate SAFe and Agile practices, remove impediments, improve flow, and ensure alignment with CoE standards and business outcomes.Key Responsibilities•Facilitate Scrum and SAFe team-level and program-level ceremonies: Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Review, Retrospective; actively support PI Planning, ART Sync and Inspect & Adapt.•Coach the POD on SAFe principles, Definition of Ready/Done, acceptance criteria, and outcome-driven delivery.•Partner with Product Owners and Business SMEs (claims, underwriting, vet partner ops) to groom and prioritize backlog items using WSJF where applicable.•Manage cross-team dependencies via program board; coordinate with RTE, System Architect, and other Scrum Masters to reduce delays.•Drive measurable improvements
