Description:
Role Overview: The Scrum Master is responsible for guiding Agile teams to deliver high-quality software products while ensuring efficient and reliable release management. This role combines expertise in Agile facilitation and project management with the ability to coordinate and oversee software releases, driving collaboration and delivery excellence.
This is a hybrid position based in West Chester, OH

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile facilitator, or related roles.
• Knowledge of release management.
• Certified Scrum Master or equivalent Agile certification.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and tools such as Jira (Required)

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Coach teams on Agile principles and practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.
• Collaborate with management to ensure backlog items are well-defined, prioritized, and ready for development.
• Identify, escalate, document, and remove team impediments that could jeopardize the sprint, promoting smooth and efficient workflows.
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate software releases across teams, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.
• Communicate release plans, schedules, and updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.
• Monitor release readiness by collaborating with quality assurance, development, and operations teams to address risks and dependencies.
• Document and maintain a release calendar, tracking key milestones and delivery timelines.
