We are looking for you as: Scrum Master in R&D Project (f/m/d)

QUALIFICATIONS:

• At least a Bachelor degree as an Engineer (f/m/d), Computer Scientist (f/m/d) or in a relevant field
• At least 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master in an agile environment
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification
• Ideally SAFe 5 Scrum Master (SSM) or SAFe 5 Advanced Scrum Master (SASM) certification
• Ability to adapt to changing requirements and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict-resolution skills
• Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills

• Your main responsibilities are to coach two teams on Scrum and SAFe values, principles and practices
• Facilitate Scrum events such as sprint planning, daily stand-up, sprint review and sprint retrospective
• Remove impediments and blockers that hinder the team’s progress and performance
• Collaborate with other Scrum Masters, Product Owners and Release Train Engineers to align the team’s goals and priorities with the program and portfolio vision
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement, feedback and innovation within the team and across the organization
