For further information, please visit www.inetum.com Job Description As a Scrum Master, you will facilitate Agile processes, coach teams on Scrum principles, and ensure smooth delivery of projects while fostering a culture of continuous improvement Responsibilities: Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives). Create and maintain an effective collaboration framework between the development team, Product Owner, and stakeholders, ensuring a shared understanding of objectives. Work closely with stakeholders to identify needs, clarify requirements, and manage expectations throughout the delivery process. Maintains clear and consistent communication channels and facilitates collaboration across teams to achieve organizational shared objectives; Support the prioritization of the product backlog together with the Product Owner, balancing value, team capacity, and organizational constraints. Ensure transparency on progress, deliverables, and impediments through clear and continuous communication. Build and maintain trust-based relationships with stakeholders and manage conflicts constructively. Drive Agile transformation initiatives at the organizational level through coaching, mentoring, and change facilitation. Support the team in adopting mature Agile practices and remove impediments to help the team achieve sprint goals. Qualifications Experienced Scrum Master with a deep understanding of Scrum principles and practices and min 5 years of hands-on experience as a Scrum Master/ Agile PM role in complex projects and environments; Strong understanding of Scrum and Agile frameworks. Strong stakeholder management and expectation management skills. Excellent facilitation, communication, and problem-solving skills. Results-oriented mindset with a focus on predictability, transparency, and continuous improvement. Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
