Description

We are looking for experienced Scrum Masters to join our delivery team and drive Agile excellence across customer-facing projects. As part of this role, you will support high-performing software teams, facilitate key Agile ceremonies, and promote a culture of continuous improvement. This is a light-hybrid position with 1 on-site day per week, based on team coordination. Key Responsibilities Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives Guide teams in Agile principles and help them adopt and evolve best practices Remove impediments that block the team’s progress Coordinate across multiple cross-functional teams (Engineering, QA, Product, Business) Drive alignment between stakeholders and development teams Promote a culture of transparency, collaboration, and accountability Track and analyze team KPIs (velocity, burndown charts, etc.) Contribute to Agile maturity assessments and continuous improvement initiatives Support Agile at scale and work across multiple teams or projects 3–6+ years of proven experience as a Scrum Master in fast-paced environments Deep knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, and/or Azure DevOps Strong facilitation, coaching, and team-building skills Familiarity with software development lifecycle and DevOps practices Understanding of scaled Agile environments and coordination across multiple teams Scrum certifications (CSM, PSM or equivalent) are a plus Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken) You will be a great candidate for us if you: Are passionate about Agile and have a servant-leader mindset Have experience working with distributed or hybrid teams Can coach both junior and experienced team members in Agile mindset Are detail-oriented and proactive in identifying blockers and improvement areas Can adapt quickly and work well under changing priorities Why join inventYOU?
