  • Annual leave of 25 days plus 8 floating bank holidays
  • Award-winning pension scheme, including an attractive employer contribution
  • Access to thousands of online courses free of charge via Coursera
  • Learning & development – we will assess your development needs in line with the role you wish to perform, to allow you to further develop your knowledge
  • Salary sacrifice schemes
  • Onsite Occupational Health Service to look after your physical and mental wellbeing, and keep you safe at work
  • Restaurant facilities, including a coffee shop and restaurant
  • Employee discount schemes for you and your family, including retail, cinema, hotel bookings and vehicle benefits
  • Family friendly work / life balance policies
  • Career breaks – where appropriate, we support you to pursue other interests outside the workplace
  • Positive support for the Reserves, including additional time off for Reservists
  • Free parking

The community
Within the engineering community at Leonardo, our mission is simple: “Deliver new features and enhancements quickly and continuously to keep our operators safe.”
That means we need to develop features, gather data, diagnose problems and deploy updates as quickly as possible. As a Scrum Master, you’ll understand the value you deliver to our customers and how important that is to mission success.
We want to build a community of world-class engineers who will continuously improve, collaborate and innovate with other engineers to create market-leading products.
We’ve got big aspirations for our engineering scrum teams at Leonardo, and you could join us on this amazing journey.
If you have the desire to apply your experiences, expand your skills and learn more, then we want to speak to you!

Responsibilities
  • You’ll join a creative team developing solutions for new and existing platforms.
  • You’ll facilitate Scrum ceremonies (stand-ups, planning, retrospectives and reviews/demos).
  • You’ll be part of Program Increment planning.
  • You’ll be responsible for collation of flow metrics.
  • You’ll be mentoring, coaching and teaching engineers as an expert in scrum and agile best practices.
  • You’ll be collaborating with your Product Owner and the development team to shape the product vision and roadmap.
  • You’ll be supported to develop your skills, reach your goals and become better every day.
  • You’ll be the Servant Leader for the development team.
  • Depending on your level of experience you may lead our Scrum Master Community and coach/mentor a number of other Scrum Masters.
  • Depending on your project you may present the development team status at Agile Release Train sync meetings to the Release Train Engineer and other scrum teams.
