The IBM Client Innovation Centre Quebec (CIC), at LGS, employs professionals who collaborate on projects within technology practices, offering local and remote services. Our employees, regardless of their level of experience, are paired with a coach to support their professional growth. As part of IBM’s global network, we have offices in Montreal and Quebec City.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Significant experience as a Scrum Master.
• Solid understanding of Scrum principles and practices.
• Ability to train and coach teams using agile methods.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in team tracking and project management tools (Jira, Trello, etc.).
• Scrum certifications (CSM, PSM) are a plus.

1. Provide training and coaching to teams on the Scrum methodology.
2. Organize and facilitate Scrum events (Sprint Planning, Daily Scrums, Sprint Review, and Retrospective).
3. Remove any obstacles that could impede the team’s progress.
4. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure visibility and transparency of progress.
5. Promote agile development concepts within the organization.
6. Assist in identifying and resolving issues within the team.
7. Ensure proper setup and adherence to roles within the Scrum framework.
