These are the tasks that await you:

As Grid Technology Product Management, we develop digitized hardware and software solutions for the high-voltage energy transition (switchgear, transformers, composite insulators, and surge arresters). To ensure our development processes are consistently agile in the future, we are implementing an Agile Operating Model based on SAFe and will be launching pilot teams shortly.

- Facilitation of all Scrum events (Daily, Sprint Planning, Review, Retrospective)

- Supporting teams in self-organization and continuous improvement

- Preparation and facilitation of PI Planning and scaled planning formats

- Close coordination with the Product Owner and Release Train Engineer (RTE)

- Support with backlog refinements and prioritization workshops

- Identification and escalation of impediments/obstacles

- Promotion of agile discipline, team flow, and consistent SAFe implementation

- Coaching of teams in the change process from waterfall to agile working

- Building a collaborative team structure (hardware & software integrated)

What you should bring:

- Scrum Master certification required

- SAFe certification mandatory

- Several years of experience as a Scrum Master / Agile Coach in a scaled environment

- At least 3 years of Scrum Master experience in Germany

- Experience with Agile Release Trains (ART) and PI Planning

- Academic degree advantageous

- Very good knowledge of agile methods and SAFe principles

- Fluent German and English skills

- Location: Berlin, willingness to work on-site approximately 80% of the time
