  • As our Scrum Master (m/w/d) you will guide and coach the Scrum Team in adopting Agile practices to deliver exceptional products and services to our customers.
  • To elevate team performance, you will foster a high-performing team culture by identifying strengths and areas for improvement, and implementing effective coaching techniques tailored to individual and team needs.
  • You will facilitate a deep understanding of Scrum within the team by ensuring adherence to Scrum theory, practices, and guidelines.
  • In addition you will empower the Scrum team by coaching them to become self-organized, enhancing cross-functional skill sets and domain knowledge while promoting effective communication.
  • You will help us drive decision-making by collaborating with the Scrum Team and various stakeholders to influence decisions and support the overarching goals of organizational product teams.
  • You will remove roadblocks to actively resolve team impediments in partnership with Product Owners and other Scrum Masters, enhancing the effectiveness of Scrum practices across the organization.
  • Help us grow our agile community by working alongside other Scrum Masters to share insights and grow within the role, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Last but not least, you will facilitate Scrum Events by leading and supporting all scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective.
