As a Scrum Master (m/f/d), you will support two teams in our Depot Services department, comprising a total of 26 dedicated colleagues. Both teams make a significant contribution to the topic of withholding tax – but in different roles: While one team, as a Delivery Team, designs the development and reporting for all withholding tax within a Scrum environment, the other team is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the withholding tax refund segment and is continuously developing its agile collaboration.

Both teams are in the midst of technological transformation, driving important projects forward with extensive expertise, commitment, and team spirit. They are looking for a leader who can provide guidance, strengthen collaboration, and shape change together with them. Sometimes you'll be needed as a traditional Scrum Master, other times as a coach and catalyst for pragmatic agile working methods. The goal isn't to introduce methods for their own sake, but to engage people, foster team ownership, and provide the right impetus at the right time.

• Removing obstacles: You ensure that teams can focus their energy where it creates the greatest added value. You identify roadblocks, clarify unclear working methods, and support the creation of framework conditions that enable independent and high-performance work.
• Further develop agile collaboration: You don't see agile working methods as an end in themselves, but as a tool for better collaboration. You actively participate in Scrum events, moderate meetings and workshops, and develop suitable methods, processes, and tools together with the teams – always with an eye toward individual needs and the respective level of maturity.
• Strengthening teams and product owners: As a coach, you will guide teams and product owners in a collaborative partnership towards even more effective teamwork. You will support them in further embedding responsibility within the team, broadening knowledge bases, and jointly achieving the greatest possible customer value.
• Guiding change: You believe that diverse experiences, perspectives, and approaches are essential to a successful change process. With empathy and clarity, you explain the "why" behind new ways of working, address concerns, and succeed in winning people over to shared goals, even without disciplinary responsibility.
