Scrum Master (m/w/d) SAFe / Agile Release Train

These tasks await you:

• As Grid Technology Product Management, we develop digitized hardware and software solutions for the high-voltage energy transition (switchgear, transformers, composite insulators, and surge arresters). To ensure our development processes are consistently agile in the future, we are implementing an Agile Operating Model based on SAFe and will soon be launching pilot teams.
• Your tasks:
• Moderation aller Scrum Events (Daily, Sprint Planning, Review, Retro)
• Supporting teams in self-organization and continuous improvement
• Preparation and support of PI Plannings and scaled planning formats
• Close coordination with Product Owner and Release Train Engineer (RTE)
• Support with backlog refinements and prioritization workshops
• Identification and escalation of impediments / obstacles
• Promoting agile discipline, team flow, and consistent SAFe implementation
• Coaching teams in the change process from waterfall to agile working
• Building a collaborative team structure (integrated hardware & software)

What you should bring:

• Scrum Master certification required
• SAFe certification is mandatory
• Several years of experience as a Scrum Master / Agile Coach in a scaled environment
• At least 3 years of Scrum Master experience in Germany
• Experience with Agile Release Trains (ART) and PI Planning
• Academic degree advantageous
• Excellent knowledge of agile methods and SAFe principles
• Fluent German and English skills
• Location: Berlin; willingness to work on-site approximately 80% of the time.
