Team Coach / Scrum Master - German Langauge C2 required

We are looking for an experienced German-speaking Team Coach / Scrum Master to support a major transport infrastructure and digital transformation project.

📍 Remote with a couple of trips to Frankfurt📅 Start: 1 October 2026⏳ Initial contract until 31 December 2026, with extension possible

Key requirements:✅ 5+ years as a Scrum Master or Team Coach within IT development teams✅ Proven experience stabilising and developing teams through organisational change✅ Scrum certification: PSM, CSM or equivalent✅ SAFe certification: SSM, SASM, SA or equivalent✅ Strong knowledge of Scrum events, agile governance and team coaching✅ Experience with end-to-end software delivery, CI/CD and DevOps✅ Availability for occasional onsite work in Frankfurt
