What role will you play?
In addition to facilitating agile events/ceremonies, you will lead with accountability, partner with stakeholders to prioritise work, and bring strong business analysis skills to help shape and drive meaningful outcomes. As a key delivery partner, you will work closely with product owners, process leads, and platform teams to ensure a clear understanding of priorities, drive solution clarity, and remove blockers to enable successful delivery.

What you offer

  • Strong expertise in Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, LeSS, or Disciplined Agile (DA) frameworks
  • Extensive experience leading Agile teams in highly regulated industries (e.g., Finance, Healthcare, Government, or Technology)
  • Proven experience in Agile delivery models and mindsets
  • Advanced knowledge of Jira, Jira Align, Confluence.
  • Understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC), microservices, APIs, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Strong stakeholder management skills to gain consensus and deliver outcomes
  • Certified Scrum Master, Professional Scrum Master (PSM) II or III is advantageous.
