Scrum Master Manager Responsibilities:1. Coaching and Developing Self-Organizing Cross-Functional Teams◦ Act as a coach for development teams, helping them understand and correctly apply Agile principles and practices (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe…).◦ Organize internal training sessions and workshops on Agile mindset, Scrum techniques, and best practices to enhance team self-organization and continuous improvement.◦ Support Product Owners and Development Teams in building a value-driven work culture focused on delivering customer outcomes.2. Optimizing Processes and Team Performance, Building High-Performance Teams◦ Regularly assess workflows and propose improvements to accelerate development, reduce waste, and improve product quality.◦ Apply Agile tools and techniques such as Lean Thinking, Flow Efficiency, and Team Velocity to measure and improve team performance.◦ Guide teams in effectively using tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Miro for work management and collaboration.3. Supporting Scrum Operations and Removing Impediments◦ Organize and facilitate Scrum events: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-up, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective.◦ Proactively identify and remove impediments that affect progress and quality.◦ Act as a bridge between stakeholders (Product Owner, Tech Lead, QA…) to ensure smooth coordination and transparency.4. Managing Value and Driving Continuous Improvement◦ Guide teams to focus on delivering value rather than just completing tasks by clearly defining “Definition of Ready,” “Definition of Done,” and “Acceptance Criteria.”◦ Encourage a culture of feedback and continuous improvement through high-quality Retrospectives and actionable follow-ups after each Sprint.◦ Monitor and analyze Agile metrics (Velocity, Lead Time, Cycle Time, Burndown Chart…) to propose improvement initiatives.5. Agile Culture and Servant Leadership Mindset◦ Be a role model for servant leadership, supporting teams to maximize individual and collective potential.◦ Build a positive, transparent work environment that fosters creativity and learning.◦ Promote team engagement and accountability to ensure sustainable and autonomous development. Requirements:1. Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Finance, Banking, Economics, Business Administration, or Information Technology.2. Relevant Knowledge/Expertise◦ Certifications (preferred): Professional Scrum Master certifications such as PSM, CSM, SSM, PMI-ACP.◦ Language: Strong English skills, especially in communication and working with international partners.3. Skills◦ Proficient in Agile tools: JIRA, Confluence, Trello, Miro, Azure Boards.◦ Team facilitation and coordination: Organizing Scrum events (Daily, Planning, Review, Retrospective).◦ Communication and listening: Effectively engage with Product Owners, development teams, and stakeholders to ensure transparency and collaboration.◦ Basic coaching skills: Guide teams on Agile principles, Scrum framework, and best practices.◦ Performance analysis and tracking: Use metrics such as Velocity, Burndown Chart, and Lead Time to monitor progress and efficiency.◦ Internal training skills: Train development teams on Agile principles and basic Scrum practices.4.
