Hybrid position Who You Are: You are an experienced Scrum Master who thrives in manufacturing environments. You bring deep knowledge of agile frameworks and have a track record of enabling teams to deliver high-quality software or system solutions. Ideally, you have experience in or around Monterrey, Mexico, and have worked within the automotive supply chain – a big plus. Responsibilities: Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Coach and mentor teams on Agile principles and best practices. Collaborate with Product Owners, stakeholders, and leadership to ensure clear backlog prioritization and effective delivery. Identify and remove impediments that slow down team progress. Support continuous improvement initiatives and drive high team performance. Foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, and accountability. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Scrum Master in a manufacturing environment. Solid understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.). Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills. Experience working in or knowledge of the automotive supply chain is a strong plus. Based in or near Monterrey, Mexico.
