Responsibilities

NorthRow is looking for an experienced Scrum Master as maternity cover (12 months) for a small engineering team. You’ll have several years commercial experience in an Agile environment and be familiar with the tools and methods needed to facilitate collaboration and a product mindset. You’ll be a good fit if you’re positive and personable and an excellent communicator.
In this role you’ll take a lead role in Engineering and have a major impact on the performance of the team. We want to see you bring best practices and an iterative, product centric approach to development, where building something awesome is what’s important. Continual improvement is key to getting the best out of each member of our team.
Expect to collaborate with a full stack product team and the CTO to shape the implementation of significant new capabilities in our platform as we go through a major change in the business. This is not a business as usual position!
